Assistance with sorting out new ways of approaching your child

The MSU EAP counselors understand that the role of the parent changes as children grow and develop. Each stage of development brings new gifts and new challenges. Effective parenting skills and approaches must shift and change over time. At times, parents can get lost, confused, or overwhelmed with a particular stage their child is in.

Counselors at the MSU EAP can help you sort out new ways of approaching your child, while providing a safe, judgement-free place to explore your own reactions and feelings about your child.

To schedule a time to talk with a MSU EAP counselor about your child, contact us at 517-355-4506 or eap@msu.edu.
