Arthur Cicalo III LMSW, CCDP-DCounselor
Arthur is a licensed clinical social worker with the State of Michigan and a certified co-occurring disorder professional through the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. Arthur received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Arthur has worked primarily in the areas of outpatient counseling, residential substance abuse treatment, and independent living, with a focus on working with individuals with disabilities and Veterans.
Arthur’s clinical interests include depression, anxiety disorders, addictions, personality disorders, anger, and adjustment concerns. His counseling approach is eclectic, however primary therapeutic models utilized include client-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, and rational emotive behavioral.
Outside of work Arthur enjoys spending time with his partner, family, and friends. He enjoys hiking, camping, and playing with his pets.
