Welcome.

image Hi. My name is Lisa Davidson and I am the coordinator of the MSU Employee Assistance Program (EAP). I am glad you have found your way to the MSU EAP website. We have created this website to be in service to members of the Michigan State University community. We hope it is helpful to other visitors as well.

Sometimes people experience a sudden event that causes intense grief or stress. Sometimes the issues and struggles we face are more chronic and it takes us a while to realize something is not quite right. In either case the staff of the EAP is interested in being in service to you, to help you connect with your deepest common sense and wisdom and make the best decisions for you about the life circumstances you are facing.

It is my hope that you will take a few moments and review this website to learn what services and resources are available to you.

The pages of this website will give you a strong sense of the EAP staff and the philosophical perspective of the program. The site can also link you with accurate information on a wide variety of topics related to emotional and mental health, as well as various resources available to employees, supervisors and faculty.

It is a pleasure to be in service to you and the University community.

Best wishes,
