We provide emotional assistance to MSU faculty, staff, retirees, graduate student employees and their benefits eligible family members as they attempt to work through life changes, expected and unexpected events, chronic physical and emotional health issues, and work/life concerns.
The services provided are free of charge, confidential, and provided by the University as a means to support and enhance the effectiveness and satisfaction of people within the MSU community.

Helping management sort out addressing employee mental health or substance abuse concerns
MSU EAP services are available for all benefits eligible children of faculty and staff
Every MSU employee - faculty, staff, retiree, graduate student assistant - is eligible for six sessions of EAP counseling, at no cost
